Stitch & Trim: Services

	Our 9 stitching lines consist of 8, 6, 4 & 2 station plus cover feeders. These stitching lines will run at a maximum speed of 12,000 copies per hour. The 8 Station Machine can have its cover feeder removed and replaced by a further feeder giving the flexibility of a 9 station machine, this is further complimented by an in-line 6 station inserter.
	Our lines are equipped with 3,4 & 5 knife trimming for 2up work (6mm, 8mm & 10mm Gutters). We have small stitching Heads which allow 2 wires to be put in small books where normally only one wire would fit.
	Loop-stitching with 2,3 or 4 Wires is available as is endorse folding parallel to or across the spine (subject to book thickness) We offer on-line or off-line Shrink Wrapping & Strapping facilities as well as Ram Bundling and Small Pack Shrink-wrapping.
