Pick & Place System: Services

The pick and place systems will pick up and place a product such as a credit card or CD onto a base product automatically. These machines incorporate a gluing system (normally the product would be held with Peelable Hot Melt glue) but we can apply Permanent Glue if required.

2 x Pick & Place machines

Min product size of 2" x 2", Max of 9" x 5"
Min base product size of 3" x 3", Max of 11" x 11"
Accuracy of placement can be achieved within a tolerance of +/- 2mm.
Max speed of 11,000 placements per Hour (Subject to product)
Can apply 1 different card simultaneously on to one carrier.
System can link up with Folder Gluer. (Subject to Product)
