Guillotining: Services

Our guillotining facilities include two Perfecta 115TVC Guillotines with Pile lifts, Joggers & Downloaders, and two Schneider Guillotines with Pile lifts, Joggers & Downloaders. All our guillotines are fitted with High Speed Tungsten Carbide blades which give much longer lifetimes between blade changes and a much improved quality of cut over the standard style of blade.

Downloading facilities are available to assist the operator, They also produce excellently presented pallets of 2pp work which reduced the risk of waste & damage during subsequent transit.

Precision Scales

We have installed sophisticated weighing equipment which can accurately measure the weight of individual sheets and calculate total number of units for high precision estimation.
