Cut & Crease: Services

Our Bobst SP102-EII flatbed cutting and creasing machines are capable of producing a variety of operations including Kiss-Cutting, Die cutting, Creasing, Perforating & Embossing. Both machines are capable of inline Auto-Stripping, The machines can work on a minimum sheet size of 350mm x 500mm up to a maximum sheet size of 720mm x 1020mm.

They both have maximum speeds of 7,500 sheets per Hour, the Non- stop Pile feeders & deliveries help to achieve these speeds.

We are able to run material from 70Gsm to 2000 Micron. The machines are equipped with High Speed Paper devices for more efficient running of thinner stocks and are also equipped with a tabbing system for accurate counting of sheets.
